Do NOT take your Dixie Chopper here! While they may be good at repairing old lawnmowers, weedeaters and such, they are NOT capable of repairing the Dixie Choppers that they sell. They told me my commercial mower would be ready in 2 days (repairing a throttle cable)... 5 days later they had it ready. I was told they also adjusted my brake and that I needed a head gasket replaced. This was all warranty work. I picked it up and it had oil spewing out of the motor. I took it back and they fixed that while I was there. The first yard I went to mow oil started spewing out by the right tire. He told me it would fix it while I waited. Then I was told he would have it fixed by that night because he didn't have the right sized socket. I called that evening and was told it would be ready the next day. I called the next day and was told they couldn't get it apart and they were beating on it and heating it. At this point I told him to just put it back together and I would come and get it. I picked it up and took it to a Dixie dealer that knew what they were doing.
