OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

This is the 2nd complaint I've had about this particular McDonald's. While you'd think that any restaurant that stays open 24/7 would have better training for it's employees and managerial staff.



This morning at 7:07 a.m., I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered breakfast for myself and friends...two large diet cokes, five sausage burritos, and five sausage mcmuffins. I sat in the drive thru and watched a woman in a dark colored univorm and long brown hair bag items for my order. She handed the bag to the drive thru window person who then handed it to me and I was on my way. However, when I reached my destination, the five sausage mcmuffins was not in the bag. That's $5.00 that I paid for nothing.



This is not the first time items have been left out of my order. The first time was a total of $3.00 worth of items. It seems to be mounting up.



I have to question the training that managers ans staff get in training at this restaurant. Can't anyone count to five? Since this has happened to me twice, that strongly suggests a pattern of terrible customer service.



Whoever the manager of this restaurant is, he or she needs to be replaced.
