Amazing Value!

I am SO excited to be moving into the beautiful Alderwood Estates apartment. We are in a lower 2bdrm 2bath. We love the open floor plan. They are bright and pretty and they even let you paint the walls! The staff have been friendly and very professional. There is A LOT of paperwork to do to get into an apartment but it's definatly worth it. I love that we can have our family dog here too! These are definatly the nicest apartments I've seen in ALL the tri-cities AND the least expensive.

Best in Bay City, MI

Alderwood Estates has the best apartments you can find in Bay City. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and it is just beautiful. I have a front and back balcony. my back balcony overlooks one of the ponds. The best thing is they take care of everything. i don't have to do any maintence or yard work.
