I only stayed at this park for a little while. I am sure residence of near by towns using M-13 to get into Bay City has passed this place. It is run down and gives the impression of "Trailor Park Trash." The trailors are mainly old and the neighbors are nosey. I would never trust leaving my place to just check the mail without locking the door. It is unsafe and just looks trashy. I would never stay at the park ever again.
