The service I received was far from satisfactory, and I am disappointed with the overall experience. Not only was the plumbing work done poorly, but I also felt that I was unfairly billed for the services provided.

The technicians seemed unprofessional and lacked the necessary expertise to address the plumbing issue effectively. Additionally, there was a lack of communication throughout the process, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the progress of the repairs.

To make matters worse, when I received the bill, I was shocked at the inflated charges for the subpar service. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation and overcharging for the work done.

Overall, my experience with John Groya Plumbing was extremely unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I would caution others to seek out more reputable and reliable plumbing companies to avoid similar disappointing experiences.
