Had a fantastic experience with Sabrina in the salon ! Not only does cut my hair (short cut ) perfectly but she did my daughter's hair for prom and she looked exactly the way she had hoped ! Sabrina has us for life ����

I love J.C. Penney Salon in Bay city I Have had great hair cuts - service &color from Lisa and Katie --All the People in the Bay city Salon are very friendly and out going . The women in the salon take classes to raise there level of knowledge in hair care and new trends--The best hair cuts and color I have had in years .......

I don't usually expect a great job from department store salons, but was very surprised with my cut from JC Penney. I have had NO luck with haircuts in Bay City at all, and was tired of paying $40 for a cut I didn't like. The best cut I got around here was from this Salon, and they're reasonably priced. Katie cut my hair, she listened to what I wanted and did a very good job. I'm now going back for the 2nd time today. I didn't hear any gossiping going on while I was there, but that doesn't bother me as long as my hair looks nice.

Don`t go there. The Hairdressers that work there are rude and a bunch of gossips! When I did go there, a girl named Monica did my hair, and she did an awful job. Did not listen to a word I said. She was too busy talking about her weekend partying. I had to go some where else to get it fixed. I will NEVER go back again, and I WILL tell all of my friends, family and co-workers!!
