Dr. Potts is down to earth, friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident I was getting good care.

My grandfather was not diagnosed by Dr. Potts prior to being transferred from Bay Med hospital to the nursing home. The nursing home didn't know why he was there because Dr. Potts failed to provide a diagnoses. After being asked about it by my aunt (my aunt only talked with the hospital staff, and not directly with Dr. Potts), he sent a letter to our family saying we were no longer welcome as his patients because we dared to questioned him. This arrogance is unbelievable. I called his office to see if this was a joke and they assured me it wasn't. According to his office assistant, "Dr. Potts does not accept patients that question his judgment, procedures, or techniques." My grandfather and grandmother had been patients of his for 10 years. My grandmother is devastated because she fears he will tell his colleagues about this and they too will black list her and my grandpa. He needs to go on a Wall of Shame.
