I stayed at this location of the Knights Inn during 2011. I came to realize after I was settled that there were a number of opened half full alcohol bottles in my fridge. This raised a concern with me and made me question whether or not the rooms there were ever cleaned, sheets were ever washed and if my towels were used by another customer and given to me without being cleaned. Although this was a huge problem with me I was even more appalled by the service of the staff. When I came up the front desk and to make a complaint the employee refused to give me his name or assist me with the problem. When I called back in the days following the General Manager seemed to never be available and could never return my calls. There was even an instance where and employee said he was no longer working there and hung up on me. My suggestion from consumer to consumer is DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!
