There hoods and walls in the kitchen are filthy, literally my friend had to goto the hospital because of under cooked food, I do not recommend

Very disappointed in not only the food but the customer service. We went in on 4/9/16 for dinner with friends only to break my tooth on the food. I was told I'd have to contact their corporate. No "sorry" or anything. I have called, emailed and gone back to the restaurant in Bay city where it happened only to be told I have to go through corporate again. I have had pain, had to have a root canal, and a crown because of their food! Managers are rude and disrespectful and wouldn't even talk other than to tell me to contact their corporate office. What good does that do when they don't contact you back! I would really appreciate a call or email back.

The food is great, the service is good. Sometimes there is a long wait to get seated. My only concern is that it is really noisy in there. The need to improve the noise concealers in the restaurant. The bread they serve is AWESOME! I am not a bread eater at all and love their bread. Over all a great place, I hope they continue to do well here in Bay City.

Their parking lot is always full so I would have to think others think it is a great place to eat as well.
