I'm a retired relestate broker, I know what to expect in a real estate company. Top producers was on point with every detail. I would recommend them to anyone and am getting ready to list another house with them now.

Had to babysit agent to make sure pictures were updated, pricing was changed, etc. Voiced concerns to owner and advised that we'd either need to get out of contract or have our agent replaced with another Top Producers agent. Within minutes he sent us a listing cancellation notice which basically told me to not let the door hit me on the way out! When listing my house I really didn't think that I'd need to double check EVERYTHING and keep asking for the pictures I took to be posted. 7 pictures and only 3 were added within the first 3? months? Asked 3 times. Ugh. Make sure to ask around before signing contract. I wish I had.
