I am very disappointed with this dealership 's service dept. we have purchased three vehicles from them and any time we take our vehicle for service it takes all day to find out what is wrong. The most recent....our vehicle has only 23,000 miles on it and the engine is ticking....we took it in at 8 a.m.. It took them until almost 5 p.m. To let us know they would be keeping it and we were not entitled to a rental or loaner!!! It's truly frustrating to have a problem that serious with a NEW vehicle, then on top of that you have to deal with rude and unsympathetic customer service reps and service technicians! Please heed my warning and do not buy a Chrysler or Dodge locally in Bay City, TX!!!!!!!
