Cusomer loyalty means NOTHING to this company! My mom has been a loyal, on time paying customer of this company for many

years. She was told by ferrell emp, that she needed to have her gas tank leveled "ed her a price of $89. She asked them to do the work & was tld someone would be there in 2 weeks. After 2 weekshe called and was gvn the runaround. Shetold them she was out of gas and they told her they would send someone to put enough gas in the tank to last her until the work was done. At 4;30 she called again & was told that they would not be coming and no one could be there until 6/13. I called and was told that the driver had gone downto my mom's (lie). I tld them mom could not go without gas for that long & asked them to do as promised & was plcd on hold till just before closing time &, they couldn't put gas in because it was a liability and if I wanted to, I could find another company to service me. I kept insisting they honor their promise and was then hung up on.

We signed up with Ferrellgas at our initial fill-up in 2009 under a promotional fill rate and bought into a 500 gallon contract. They later used our contracted gallons as the initial fill-up so we didn't get what was agreed to.



We lease our tank, and are charged $90 per year to do so. However on top of that, we're also charged about $1.50 more per gallon of propane on top of their base rate. In further research, all their competitors charge less than half their base rate. Buyer beware!
