New ownership and everything has changed. Cold and impersonal. Management treats the elderly without a care. Not so beautiful any more. And rates have sky rocketed. what a shame. The high standards are gone.

The Mayfair has been my home for over a year. I feel safe and secure in my home, and my neighbors are delightful! The swimming pool is always at the perfect temp and always very well maintained. The nice thing about The Mayfair is they pay all the utilities! So I only pay my rent and I'm done!



The complex is small and quiet, not so big that visitors and the pizza man get lost.



The small staff are welcoming and considerate of the tenants requests or special needs. Maintenance is friendly and very reliable!



I recommend The Mayfair as a great place to live!
