Iam a new resident at Riverway in a one bedroom and I am loving my new apt.I have met some residents here and got good feed back on this property.My apt was very clean and i requested a ceiling fan,the girls in the office got me a new ceiling fan right away.That says alot for me, i know if if have a issue,i can just go to the office and they are willing to help.Even though I just moved in,I believe my staying here is a good decision I have made.I encourage anyone to look into Riverway as their home first.

I recently moved out of Riverway Apartments, i enjoyed my stay for the last 5 yrs. I never had any major issues with maintenace and if i did they were very prompt to fix my issue. The office staff was always very professional and friendly everytime i was in the office. The property was always very neatly well kept and i never had any problems with disturbances with other residents. I would recommend anyone to Riverway Apartments. I always felt safe and very cozy in my apartment, i hated to have to leave Riverway but due my mother's medical conditons i had to move to Arizona to help take care of her. If i ever come back to Bay City i will defiantely be back at this apartment community...NO IF ANDS OR BUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have enjoyed my stay at this apartment complex. I lived at Riverway for 2yrs. The apartment i lived in was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It is very modern and well kept. The carpet was clean and ready to go day i signed my lease. I moved in and found it to be quiet and safe. Never a worry always friendly faces and secure enviroment. When I had any after hour emergency the staff would come promptly and take all measures to see i was held over for the night. The office staff were friendly and kind, always helping when needed or they could. I would recommend anyone to stay here because it was an excellent experience for me.

My employment is contract work. Riverway lured me with a 3 month lease, after signing two 3 month leases, they decide that I am only able to sign a 6 month lease or pay more rent and opt for month to month.



I signed the 6 month lease 5 months ago; have been there almost a year and have paid rent early or on time every month but Riverway has no regard or appreciation for good tenants. It is almost time to sign a lease again and they do not care that I have been a good tenant and cannot show any consideration for my situation as my job nears it's end.



While living at Riverway I have referred 3 new tenants, all of whom paid their rent on time as well. However after seeing firsthand how Riverway management has no consideration for good tenants I would not only never recommend them again, but will discourage anyone considering renting there.



While I'm at it, the pool is dirty 80% of the time, and the jacuzzi they advertise has not worked the entire time that I've been there (almost a year). It, like the 3 month lease is just a lure to take advantage of people that trust they practice decent businees procedures.
