Established in 1931, Bay Head Elementary School offers educational and extracurricular programs for children up to eighth grade. Located in Bay Head, N.J., the school has a fully equipped computer laboratory, library, media center and a large playground. Its curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, physical education, phonics, music, and arts and crafts. Bay Head Elementary s extracurricular activities include knowledge bowl, junior-senior banquet, senior trips, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, and National Honor Society. The school regularly organizes an array of social events, such as musical concerts, painting competitions, alumni banquet, donkey basketball game and field day. It offers a number of sports programs, including girl s and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer and softball.
