The pumps are always out of receipt paper. What is the point of paying at the pump if you have to go inside to get your receipt? The cashiers just don't get it. I quit getting my gas there.

Usually I do not take the time to write reviews, unless a business provides excellent service, but I hope this review prompts someone to take action. In the past year, the Jet-Pep located on Highway 59, across from Coastal Alabama Community College in Bay Minette, has declined significantly. Lately, every time I stop in, the clerk is looking at her phone, and the customers are not a priority. The store used to keep fresh fruit in a basket by the register, and the service was over the top. The lady who worked previously during the day, knew most of the customers, she was friendly and helpful.
More recently, the store’s appearance is awful inside and out. Just today, the only “pizza by the slice,” at 12 noon, included three breakfast slices that appeared to have been sitting in the warmer for hours. The attendant stated she was out ranch dressing, which they used to keep on the counter beside the pizza. Furthermore, the shelves are lacking, and it definitely needs some TLC. My point is this…Coastal Alabama faculty, staff, and foremost STUDENTS rely on this Jet-Pep because it is the ONLY station in the vicinity of the school. A great deal of the students intending the students live on campus and do not have access to car, so seeing such a decline in the store and service is a huge inconvenience and disappointment. Especially since the individuals throughout the college helped built that business and have supported it for many years.
