The Revenue Commission Office is responsible for the administration of ad valorem taxes levied by the government. It manages and supervises the entire ad valorem process that includes property reappraisal, assessment and collection in over 67 counties statewide. The office has an assessing division that provides assistance in completing assessment returns. It also operates a collecting division to make sure taxes are current. The Revenue Commission Office is located in Bay Minette, Alaska.
