I had Bay Point Carpet Cleaning ("BPCC") out to clean my carpets yesterday. I live in a tri-level townhome and had all of the carpets done but one room, including two flights of stairs and all the closets. My carpets were gross. I was going to do it myself because I was too embarrassed to call a professional but decided this mess was way over my head and needed a professional machine. When I called for an appointment the lady who answered the phone was so pleasant that I decided this was the right company for me and decided to support local business and give them a try. Two people arrived on time and my animals were comfortable around them which is important to me.



BPCC has an additional cleaning machine besides the normal cleaning set-up most carpet cleaners have and this additional machine really does a wonderful job.



I've lived in my residence for 12 years and have never got around to cleaning the carpets due to work. My cats and others had just trashed the carpets, including dark black grease spots, blood and guts from my cats bringing mice in, cat barf, cat spray, who knows what spots and dirt, etc. All of it came out. I was truly amazed and uplifted at the results and they didn't make me feel like an idiot for having such gross carpets. I did take the time time to tear my house completely down for them and it was worth it (which is why I didn't have the last room done).



Cleaning took about 2 hours, then time to dry after that. Cost is very reasonable and cheaper than Sears. I had started to go with Sears but was concerned about the average and negative reviews. I could only afford to spend the money once and wanted to make sure I made the right decision so I bailed on Sears and found BPCC on the web.



I will always call BPCC when I need my carpets done from now on. I am also pleased to support local business in Bay Point. Bay Point gets a bad rap but there are nice people who live and do business here and this company and its representatives gives TEN STARS service, not just FIVE.

I called them last minute my Family Flew in to visit me on Thanksgiving day. I asked for an emergency last minute appointment they showed up at 8:30 a.m. They did my living room,hallway and stair case at a very affordable price, the technicians were very knowledgeable,fast,friendly and honest.They went the extra mile making sure my carpet got dry before they left.I highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.

I called this company at 3:00pm and they were at my door by 6:30pm to clean my carpets.. I couldn't believe it. On top of that he gave me an incredible price. This is a family run business and their work ethic is awesome. I highly suggest them to you if you want quality... GREAT JOB.. Looks awesome this AM...
