I love buffalo wild wings in bayshore service is great and the food is great

Yesterday my husband and daughter and I went to the Bay Shore Buffalo Wild Wings. and was very dissappointed. my daughter and I ordered hamburgers and fries the burger was cooked to death and my husband had some kind of chipped beef that was very fatty my daughter asked for blue cheese dressing for her fries and when we got the bill we was charged .60 cents for it. We should have been told that there was a cost. I must say the waitress was lovely and sweet, but like my daughter told her she should have said that there was a charge for it. We took the most of the hamburge and gave it to our dogs because we couldn't eat it. Not only was it cooked to death it had no taste to it. Besides that the burgers and fries were not hot. I didn't want to make a scene or hurt the waitress so I didn't say anything. The music was very loud so it made everyone talk loud to be heard, that we really didn't converse together because we couldn't hear each other.
