Horrible...For a simple sprinkler head ($9 part), they charged $80 to replace (5 minutes labor). Of course, the service people doing the replacement didn't know the price. When I called to ask for the owner, he refused to call back. When I called again 5 days later, he wouldn't come to the phone; instead, he called over to the receptionist and had her do his bidding. Pretty cowardly, I would say. I will never use them again. The workers needed to be directed, the owner is non-responsive and couldn't care less about customer service. Go somewhere else for your inground sprinkler needs.
