Provided by YP.comThey have NO guarantee on their fish. They sell fish with WORMS and they do not even sell the wormer to take care of them. We bought 10 fish from them. One died within 24 hours. One has a long pink worm and we have to wait a week to get the worm medicine online. This company will do NOTHING after selling us sick and wormy fish. Not to mention what might be wrong with the others. Save yourself the head ache and AVOID this store.

Provided by YPmobileRecently our LED light system broke after less than a year. The manager/owner is always nice to us and pointed to the largest lights and stated "this is the size you want to fit your tank" once we got home we quickly realized the LED lights were too big and needed to make a return. The manager was very rude this time and refused the refund even though he did not have the correct size in stock. We were forced to buy a smaller LED light system that doesn't even fit our tank not even close. I am sad to say, we will never go back here again.

Provided by YP.comI don't understand the bad reviews this store is very clean has a large assortment of beautiful fish and a great reptile area. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. One manager was replaced months ago and that was a big improvement. Love this store check it out you wont be sorry

Provided by YPmobileI have been to this store many times and every time I was there the always helped me will all my questions and gave me good advice. Bought many fish from here all were very good quality with no problems. Good selection of fish as well. All in all will continue to go there for further buisness.

Provided by YP.comI was so excited to have discovered a local store with a wide variety of tropical fish. Purchased a Clown Loach from there a few weeks ago and quickly had to turn the car around to return it when we noticed white spots (the dreaded ich!!).
The spots were obvious but upon returning to the store, the employee stated that he did not see any spots on the fish (this should have been a red flag for me but it really did seem like a respectable place).
I insisted on an exchange and when we went back to the baby loach tank, I pointed out that several of the fish had ich. I decided to play it safe (or so I thought) and paid a little more for an older, healthier looking loach from another tank.
Added him to my tank (which I take extremely good care of and test regularly) and within 2 weeks, he was covered in ich, as were 4 of my other 7 fish. Ended up losing the new loach and one of the original fish from my tank to the disease even after treatment.
Called Caribbean Blue to explain what had happened and they denied any responsibility, stating that there must have been something wrong in my tank. No apologies or refund offered... most pet stores have at least a 2 week return period for fish. I'm just glad I only wasted $25 on one of their fish. I would not go back, poor customer service and suspect store policies.

Provided by YPmobileSpent $300 on fish and most died in 2 weeks. Water tests proved fish were sick. No refund or even an apology or discount. Terrible customer service.
