We have been customers for years and have found that lately the food and service have declined tremendously. Today I ordered a lunch special - Kung Pao Beef, but requested no vegetables and extra peanuts. I have ordered this many times before with no problems. Today, they charged me 8.50 plus 1.00 for it and the menu price is 5.85. I called up and spoke to the girl who answers the phone and she put me onto some man who told me that since I didn't want vegetables it was a different dish. I said to him so I get less food and you charge me more and he said yes. He told me if I wanted he would send his driver over to pick it up and refund my money. I told him we were never going to order from them again. I called back a few minutes later to tell him to pick up his food. He had the nerve to tell me that they would not accept orders from us anymore and hung up before I could tell him that I had told him I had already told him we wouldn't do business with him again. Buyer beware.

I ordered foor for delivery. Waited 2 hours for delivery. Told them to refund my credit card and feed the food to the cats they were using for the dumplings!

I have ordered from this restaurant several times. The food is fair to average- nothing great at all. Ordering from the website works OK, but on occasion does not, making the whole order process a huge hassle. If the food were excellent I'd just live with it, but the food is not good enough to put up with even an occasional hassle. And the "yeh, yeh, yeh, yeh..." attitude from the girl on the phone kills the deal completely. They don't care- why should I?? Or you? There is MUCH better food elsewhere.
