Suffolk Appliance Parts praises themselves for being your neighborhood parts store. Where they will help out the DIY homeowner. That's not what I found to be true. The parts they sell you are over priced. 2x-3x prices online and they will not refund you for parts that you don't use. Online does. Butch, owner tells me that the online stores are pushing him out of business. Well Butch you need to be competitive not fight technology. Hope you see the light Butch and stick around otherwise start packing.
