We had an awful experience with this lawyer. She exemplifies all the worst stereotypes of lawyers. She nickels and dimes you and is a poor communicator. She does not stand by her word or take responsibility for her actions. Because she does not use technology well, she will charge you if you send her paperwork by email, but not if you drop it off. She has very little empathy of your situation and considering she is an educational lawyer, very little empathy for the child. She is only about the money. Stay away, or get a lawyer that is more current. Her office is old and disorganized, her secretary rude. This lawyer will take your money and give you nothing in return.
