The Gulf Coast Mental Health Center provides a range of mental health care services to the residents of Hancock, Harrison, Pearl River and Stone counties in Mississippi. The center offers education, evaluation and treatment services to people suffering with mental illnesses, emotional disorders and development disabilities. It also provides a variety of outpatient, inpatient, community support and crisis intervention services. The center offers several case management, rehabilitative, crisis stabilization and residential care services. Additionally, its substance abuse treatment program includes chemical dependency treatment and individual and group therapy programs.
