We were referred by a "friend" from church who took advantage of us in many ways. She works at Willis Electric and said how great they are. We trusted her so we decided to have them do the work. They installed a new electric box in our home. It was too big so they cut a big chunk out of the wall, and then taped the chunk of drywall back with duct tape when they were done. They just left it like that! At first they denied the damage was their fault! After a few calls they admitted fault but said they wouldn't fix it without an additional fee! So we had to get someone else to fix it because we refused to pay them any more. (And we were honestly worried that after our complaints that they would intentionally cause more damage.) They quoted us between $300 and $400 but the final cost was $623.00. Every time we tried to speak with the owner, he was always out of the office. Once we finally reached him, he hung up the phone because he was angry that we wouldn't give in and pay all of that extra money. When we called back, another employee hung up as well. They are all unprofessional, ignorant and extremely dishonest. They damaged our home and didn't care. ALWAYS research a business before you use them! Unless you want to be scammed as well, DO NOT use Willis Electric!
