For the third time in a year, I find myself with an empty gas tank that was supposed to be filled by AmeriGas. The first two times they reported the gas was full and didn't fill it, even though it was less than 20%. When I called, they blamed me and my wife for not checking ourselves and reporting it sooner. This time, they just didn't show up when scheduled. I called a couple days later and informed the rep that my gas was down to 8% and the lady literally said "Well you're lucky it's not at 0" and offered no explanation as to why my last delivery was skipped. She said "statistically you should be good for 4 more days when your next delivery is scheduled." Cool... but today is my next delivery day and guess what... no delivery, and we're out of gas... again.
UPDATE: Called them again and they said someone would be out by 8pm. No one ever showed up.
