Is really bad service they scream at me on the phone while i was given them my addres no reason whatsoever and also wanted me charge 68 plus toll just fir a 16 minutes address away

ive used this cab personally once before and I've recommended this cab company to my customers before as I am a bartender. However, they do not call and let you know they're outside. It's snowing outside and I needed a cab.. Unfortuently, I did not see the cab pull up as I live in a big apartment complex and was at the opposite side of the street upon the cabs arrival. Once I did see the cab he just drove off.. I called and asked them to please send the cab back but they refused even though he was right there in my sight. Complete bs. The one time I did take their cab it was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. From now on I will recommend Archie's to my customers as they were prompt in coming to get me and didn't leave me behind. The cabs are also clean as well.

Worst services every. The car is in bad shape. Broken seat, carpets are dirty and the car smells like cigarettes. I would never use Campbell again.

Worst company ever. Extremely rude. Tried their driver from Bayonne to Newark airport the guy was nuts. Car was extremely in bad shape. Second time called them to pick my son from daycare they didn't even wait for 2 minutes. I called them and said that I saw the cab driving away and I was just opening the door to step outside and get in the cab the dispatcher yells at me and says next time be there on time and hangs up. Extremely unprofessional. I would crawl in my knees and hands rather than calling them. Do your self a favor and don't ever ever use their cabs.

They are rude, Your better off taking the bus or the train. I called for a cab and the guy mixed up the location I was at. Instead of telling me I would have to wait a little bit longer to get a cab, he said " We dont have anything for you" and hung up. I called another cab service and they said Campbells called and said "I was playing games". Bye Felicia.
