Rude, unprofessional, incompetent.
1) Installed a lightbox, but never checked if the light actually works. When asked, their response was "you didn't ask us to check, it's your problem, not our responsibility!"
2) Put the new sign on, but didn't remove the old one. Didn't even bother to ask us if we need to remove it (which is obvious!). When asked, their response was "you didn't ask us"....
3) After we had to beg to remove the old sign, they finally agreed to do it and promised to do it soon. But they never did. At the end their response "we can't do it this year. Maybe next year..."
4) When we mentioned we are not happy and going to leave a feedback, they threatened us with response "if you do that you will hear from our lawyer!"

Ok, sure, lawyer up!
