Opened in 1925, Holy Family Academy is a Catholic college preparatory school for young women. Its educational program includes various courses in theology, science, English, social studies, math, physical education, fine arts, foreign languages, and business and technology. The school offers a variety of mini-courses and seminars. Holy Family Academy maintains a guidance department that counseling services for academic support, personal development and college advisement. Its library media center consists of books, magazines, pamphlets, audiovisual materials and computers with software and Internet access. The school also provides interscholastic athletic programs that include cross-country, soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, swimming, cheerleading, bowling, and track and field.
