If i could have given it a negative star rating it would be -5. it was the worst experience at a mcdonalds I have ever had in my life. not only was the service bad, place dirty & disgusting & all the food ice cold... but I got burgers with NO meat at all on them. when I went back in and showed them the burger & said "THERE IS NO MEAT ON MY BURGER" the guy looked at me like i was crazy & asked what the problem was. I repeated that there was no meat on the burger again (Ill admit i wasn't nice about it) . I opened the burger up & showed him. all he did was stare blankly, no apology, no offer to replace..nothing. we than asked for a manager & was told & I quote "she doesn't really speak english." so not much they can do. not once did ANY staff member do ANYTHING to resolve the issue, but I had to actually ask for a new burger with meat on it.

My experience eating at this restaurant has been a good one, the food is fresh and the staff pleasant. Good management is key. Keep up the good work everyone. And thanks.
