This Company is the WORST that I have seen they are CHEATING.
I REGRETTED that I worked with this company

I have never seen anyone operate a business like this. The person is charge, his name is Danny. Only things I have heard from him were lies. He charged me $675 for insurance on my container being shipped to UAE and he never filed the proper documents in order for me to obtain an insurance certificate on my container. He also promised to me in writing that my container would be shipped on a certain day, come to find out 10 days later my container was not even on the vessel!
They ignore phone calls and they put you on hold for long amounts of time.
I was promised a certain size container for my shipment, instead they tried to save money for their company by shoving my 3 new minivans into one small container. They damaged my interior leather seats by placing all the tires on the driver and passenger seats. The rubber off of the tires literally melted onto the leather seats.
They removed the hoods on my vehicles and didn't even keep the nuts & bolts for me to put the hoods back on.
This company is so unprofessional, stay away from them!
Beware, they charge customers for insurance certificates and never file the proper documents!!

Seahorse express! They don't know what they doing at all. Very rude and lazy set of people. I can never do any business with this company again, never in my life! And I'll discourage anybody that wanna do business with seahorse never to do it. Expecially those of us from Africa. They have my carsweetheart since September and none of them can give me a definite status of the cars. They kept referring me to different people who will tell me they don't know nothing about my cars. Am gonna sue the company and I promise I'll fight them to finish. Irresponsible set of people.

Seahorse express is a fraud. They not competent and it's all lies about the company. The staffs are so rude and lazy, none of them know what there doing. Just to fix a car title and return it back to the customs became a big issue. They have being holding my car since September without doing nothing and whenever I call, it's all lies from the first person that picks up to the last person. They definitely going to hear from my lawyer soon. If you wanna waste your time and dental your image, then, you can go to Seahorse. Bunch of lazy people who doesn't know what they doing. ATL shipping is the worst shipping company ever. They damaged my car, and they are never take phone calls from my phone. I wish i didn't send anything through this crappy company. They are so irresponsible and spacey all the time. I will tell all my friends to don't work with them. Instead of help me with a damage on the car, they are ignoring my phone calls. They will pay for their crappy work. I am going to sue them. Super rude and unprofessional. Never responding on emails.

Sea Horse Express is absolutely horrible. The company is irresponsible, lines of communication are not clear at all, and they are dodging debt left and right. Double-brokered freight for picking up an overweight item, and told no one that extra equipment would be needed to load the freight. Sent FIVE trucking companies in to pick this up, all of whom were turned away, and are owed fees for doing so. No reimbursement for fuel, time, mileage. Running up balances with other brokerages and then disappearing when payment is due.

Employees are mostly Russian and are very under handed; it’s like dealing with the Russian Mob. Dropped vehicle of, they lied to me and charged and extortion fee to get my own vehicle back. Give them a ring and check out their phone skills and customer service, complete joke, super rude.
