Avoid using this dry cleaning company! They are unfortunately the dry cleaning company my building is working with and they are HORRIBLE!
I gave them my J.Crew Pants, they came back extremely shrank and shortened. I complaint immediately and was contacted by Anthony. He wanted me to send the pants back and when I did he called me and accused me of cheating them as he was constantly saying that the pants were washed with ‘tide’ by ‘someone’. Simply implying that the clean pants they sent were washed by me at home second time and I am trying to get their money. Although he kept saying that ‘be fair with us’ he was very unprofessional all the way through and was not fair with his customer. They obviously have trust issues but need to resolve them because they just lost me as a customer and will be loosing everyone I came in contact with living in my building.
Once again, I am truly not someone who writes reviews online but they are disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never used their services again and will recommend anyone who thinks of using it to pass.
