Got scammed from a phone call from India saying they were amazon and my account was hacked. I let them in and had them control my pc. After a couple of days my emails and facebook locked me out! I looked everywhere for help and even the geek squad quoted me such a ridicoulos price and said they might not be able to recover my locked accounts! I found the Computer Guy in bayonne through a friend's referral and they helped me unlock my account and removed the spyware in less than a couple of hours! They also gave me a senior discount of 60 (instead of 90) with a warranty! they didnt even want to take a tip! Thank you guys!

FAST and i mean fast turnaround. We had them work on 3 office laptops that needed to be setup to use quickbooks and office they came and did the work in less than 2 hours and networked us to the server. They only charged per hour which came to around 250 and that is incredible!

Discovered this gem of a store from a friend's recommendation. We hired them to network our servers for 2 locations and the price they charged was a lot cheaper than other IT firms. The only caveat is that they are so in demand you have to schedule in advance (2-3 days) for them to visit you. but still a good affordable company!

These guys know their stuff when it comes to phone and screen reopair!

Broke an iphone 6 plus and went to get a few quotes brought it to them and it took less than an hour and 70 bucks but it look like new. Also got a note tablet for cheap

My daughter called a number that popped up on her website and this scammer locked our documents and pc (crypto virus). We called a few places and they all said they cant recover anything but to just erase the computer and start fresh. After I called the computer guy in bayonne I spoke to John and said that he will not charge me for looking but asked if i could bring it in. Long story short I just paid $60, John got the virus out and it was done in their store in less than an hour! I also love their humility and straightforwardness! Kudos to john and staff!

This company is a great find! Our cameras were getting old in the tooth and we requested quotes from different contactors. Although they are new to the camera installation industry they provided us with commercial grade invid cameras and their prices were a fraction of what the contractors charged! Also they backup their hardware and labor with a 3 year warranty. Thanks Milan and company!

As far as i researched this business has been open for more than 10 years. Thats the reason our company uses them to service our PC and Macs. Friendly and competent staff and fast turn-around time as well as inexpensive.

The Experience at the computer guy was Very pleasant , I was greeted very respectably. Alvin the owner was more then helpful he Fixed my Macbook in about a Day and i was very happy with the service he installed anti virus free of charge as well. Great Customer Service.

Terrible. I paid to have a computer specifically built for the music program Pro Tools. After picking up my computer and attempting to install ProTools I learned that the system that was suppose to be custom built for Pro Tools didn't even meet the 'requirements' of the Pro Tools software let alone the 'recommendations'. This issue I addressed with I believe he was the owner (I believe his name was Alvin);

He failed to understand what is only logic, if someone pays you to build a custom computer for a particular software that whatever you build should at least meet the requirements of that program.

Long story short I asked for and received my money back but ONLY after being charged a 15% 'restock fee.'

STAY AWAY from this place, they most certainly won't get anymore of my business
