I had a long term (7 year) diabetic foot ulcer and have seen many types of doctors but it had never healed. Infact I was told a below knee amputation was needed asap.I saw Dr. Arloro and he immediately ordered various tests and sent me to a vascular specialist ,Dr. P. Smith, who performed vascular surgery within 2 weeks. A week later Dr.. Arloro was able to perform foot surgery where he removed some infected bone and applied skin grafting.
