I had a huge car accident that basically total my car not worth repairing. I went to a few body shops and everyone quoted me a ridiculous price. It was so much, I could have bought something else. Discourage I kept looking for a shop that would be fair and reasonable. Something I could afford and keep my special edition Jetta.

After going around for a few weeks I asked the dealership where they get their cars painted for repairs. They told me they only use Bayside Collision, which is what they have been using for over 20 years now. I ended up heading there and met Arthur. Very nice guy that made me feel at home. He gave me a fair price and we both agree to the terms and I left him the car.

A week into the repairs I had to return overseas from my extended leave from my deployment. Arthur told me not to worry about anything he got it cover. I return a few months later ready to pick up my car, which was done. He had done all the paper work done and it had a rebuilt title ready to go.

He went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He touched up the entired car fixing all the little things around the car, which is something I couldn't afford. I inspected the car and couldn't find a single thing wrong. He was happy I return home safe and sound. An I was so impressed with the amount of work that went into it and the hospitality he gave me.

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.

I have been using this enterprise for about 30 years and the quality and level of service has only gotten better over time. Attention to quality and detail are the hallmark of this establishment. I've recommended Bayside Collision to family and friends over the years and each reference has had an excellent experience.
