SHR is a terrible management company. They will not listen to tenant complaints, you may only write a letter to state your grievance and they do not respond to said letters. If work needs to be done in your apartment, no prior notification is given and they expect you to hand over your keys and allow them in your apartment while you aren't home. The location is great, BUT IT IS NOT WORTH THE HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT YOU WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH. I strongly urge anyone looking in the Bayside area to look ELSEWHERE.
