This guy needs to find a new occupation, his work is not professional grade

The company is run by Kevin Pruett. He does a horrible job when it comes to his craftsmanship. He worked on my house for over three weeks leaving it in a total mess. He convinced me to pay him upfront. He took my money and never finished the job. I have to spend thousands of dollars to fix what he left behind. He claims he does all the work but in reality he has a bunch of kids who do the work. He had a 13 year old girl do mist of the painting. He should not be in business. He also operates under Davis Repair, Kevin's Construction, Bath and Kitchen by Kevin.....please be aware of this company and owner. He does not take any pride in his work. Don't let him fool you that he is a church going man... If he really was he wouldn't take people's money and destroy their housed. I had my house inspected and I can show pictures etc to anyone who is interested.

Patched about a 3x3 hole of sheetrock for us, did a good job on sheetrock and taping and floating but totally mismatched the texture, making the patch obvious. He tried convincing me that it was the same type as if I was blind and then said that they must have done our current texture with a new technology. We have a heavy knockdown pattern currently and he used a brush to make a combed type texture. He did offer to come back later and sand it down and retry but after the 4 days it took to patch a 3x3 hole right over my stove (i couldn't cook and it was a mess) I decided to just do it myself, so we bought the texture in a can aka new technology at Home Depot. On top of all that they left a huge mess including big chunks of sheetrock, layers of dust, and rusted nails all over the top of my kitchen cabinets.

$250 to patch a 3x3 hole in our ceiling, providing our own sheetrock and we offered to paint ourselves which we thought was reasonable. Did a good job on the sheetrock, taping and floating but totally missed the mark on the texture, it did not match our current texture at ALL! Two different types of texture, which ruined the whole thing making it obvious that it was patched. He then tried to convince me once I painted it would blend, but NO! Our texture is a heavy knockdown texture and he used a brush to create a combed texture. After trying to convince me it was the same, he then said our current texture must have been applied with new technology and offered to come back, sand it down and retry, but I will pass beings how it took 4 days to finish, and we had company coming. Now we have gone to Home Depot and got the heavy knockdown texture in a can aka new technology. On top of all that they left a filthy mess and didn't even clean up anything, including the pieces of cut up sheetrock and nails left on top of my cabinets. I guess my job wasn't worth their time since it didn't pay much, but now we're having to pay for it.

They spend almost 4 weeks at my house remodeling the kitchen and bathroom but never finished completely. They do not know what they are doing ... They used wrong tile and my paint is coming off. They have destroyed my house. We had to stay at a hotel for over a week with no progress being made at the house. Kevin Pruetts work is very poor quality... Do not fall for this guy.

Do not use this company, they never finish a job, always have an excuse for the sloppy work, left my neibor across the street high and dry they are going to have to get someone else to come fix ALL THERE SLOPPY WORK. I have suggested they turn this company into the BBB and if they can put an injudgment on them for all the extra bills they have and will have, Hotel bill, and other company bill to come fix there screw ups. They even have teenagers working as helpers NOT GOOD practice for a business.

I couldn't ask for a better co to work with. No problems
