DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They won't fix anything. And when they do finally fix it, you'll be out of water for days, without air conditioning close to a month if not over and/or dealing with frequent leaks if you live downstairs like I do. You can't have visitors unless you pay for visitor pass parking. You can't take your kids to the park because there is no park. The swimming pools are rarely open. and there's way too many cats and stray animals. They tow you car quicker than the speed of light. The office stay is very rude. This place is not worth the money. Even if it was free I still I wouldn't want to live here. I wish I could give 0 stars

The office staff is unprofessional. They dont fix things even when it could be dangerous or unhealthy. They take the longest lunch breaks so if you work it is hard to get in to see them. They dont have enough parking for visitors and renters. The parking lot is not big enough for people to be able to park correct in parking spots. T
