Bayland Marina is a business that is leased from the city of Baytown. It is the responsibility of the City of Baytown for the upkeep an repairs on the property.
It has been observed that the facility needs many repairs........Showers are not working or clean...the store is filthy...cats and cat hair everywhere inside the store...outside cats being fed and leaving feces and urine everywhere...making the odor terrible.
Docks are covered with stacked trash..items that are not supposed to be allowed on the docks. The City of Baytown need to dredge the marina and the entry way to the marina as boats cannot enter or leave due to shallow depths.
This is a wonderful placed to view the Hartman Bridge...People and the City of Baytown need to take responsibility and take care of this resource that could be a beautiful asset to the City and the area around it.
