The staff at Bayshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are very very good! They always take care of everything when I go!

My new vehicle was missing back wing with brake light. For the first 2.5 months we tried to get ahold of our sales man and he would never answer our calls and our messages. We got ahold of the manager and we were supposed to get our part installed the following week. Its going on 4 months and the part is still not ready. Very poor customer service. Will never buy here again nor refer anyone. Once u drive away they can care less.

Great experience at this location. Got a great deal on my jeep, had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and the staff was not pushy at all, just friendly! I would definitely buy from them again.
