He was very honest and took he's time to let me browse through what I was looking for .I ended up buying a great travel trailer below book ����

Well..Jim...bad reviews DO Come back to haunt you.... obviously your not a man of integrity..can't do business here even though you would have been easier for me to use your services due to my location. Thanks but NO THANKS!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

The owner JIM sold a trailer to my 19 year old daughter and guaranteed her that everything worked perfectly, well that was not the case!!!!! The air conditioning stopped working, the roof leaks around the air conditioner is, the steps broke, ALL OF THIS HAPPENED WITHIN A MONTH OF PURCHASING THE TRAILER. When my daughter went back to Baytown Travel Trailers and spoke with JIM, He said He COULD NOT HELP HER!!!!! HE DID NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING!!!!!!

SO DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware of Baytown Travel Trailers.

I had an agreement with manager Jim that he would hold a travel trailer for two hours while I drive to his location with cash in hand.

I got a call, after driving over one hour to get to his location, just before I reached Baytown Travel Trailer Jim stated he just sold the travel trailer I took over one hour of drive time to get to.

Beware Jim with this company is not a man of his word and should not be trusted.

I told Jim this same statement via phone and Jim could not respond and admitted he did not hold up to his word.

This person will run himself out of business dealing with potential customers in this manner.
