We had the best experience with Diane, she was very kind and nice with our dog an australian kelpie, who is 50lb and has an unstopable energy. She accepted us with little noticed and it was a life saving choice. She did send us updates and pictures of our dog. We are going to use her services for sure in the future.

Diane took good care of Shep. We were vacationing from out of state and she kept him while we toured the area. If we're ever in Baytown again she'll be our go-to person.

This lady kept my three dogs and treated them like her own children. She doesn't cage them. (She has cages if needed but the dogs have the run of the house.) She keeps them clean, fed, bathed if you want, and walks them as needed. Most of all she gives them love and attention, something you won't find in a kennel. Very kindhearted lady. I highly recommend her.
