I find it hilarious that they call themselves “five star”, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve tried to pick my dress up three times, the first time there were still huge stains all over it. The second time there were new stains on it, that I know weren’t there when I dropped it off (I very thoroughly looked over the dress). Finally the third time I was tired of dealing with it and just took it anyway, even though we’re still stains on it. They charged me $32 for a dress that still had stains on it, and stains that weren’t even there before I dropped it off. Everytine I went in there, there was another customer complaining about them doing a hack job. I’ve talked to several other people after this and everyone has said the same things, some people even telling me about how they LOST their dry cleaning. I absolutely will not be giving them anymore of my money and will make sure to let everyone know to go elsewhere if they’re looking for even a decent dry cleaning because this is quite obviously not the place.
