I took my tractor to H&H to get it repaired as I have so many times. I was told that it would take a week to fix. That was fine as I was in no rush. To my surprise I got a call the very next day that it was ready. So the next day I drove my POV to work and went at lunch time to pick it up. upon arrival David informed me that they had made a mistake and the tractor was not ready. He stated that he would take 20.00 off my ticket. I tried to explain to him money wasn't the issue.I can't buy time with money. He said he was willing to do whatever it took to make the deal right. So I told him to make the deal right he should deliver the tractor to my house to save me another trip to his shop. He asked where I lived. When I told him Channelview. He said that won't happen. By that he's telling me his time is more valuable than mine and that not right. You made the mistake you should make it right and you can't by time with money. It's sad to see that things have changed so much at H&H.
