Provided by YP.comIf you are a Hchd gold card patient: good for minor diagnosis such as cold or flu.
Many rules are for doctor and patient. As a Patient I am not allowed to make any decisions(without consequence). If I make any mistakes following rules, some of the staff will mistreat me. A few doctors are impatient and nurses have better attitudes when you have some one with you. The county should clearly define what they can't do to to help a patient get well. It is called communication. When I try to use my patient rights, i am not treated or denied altogether.Referrals are sometimes helpful. The worst thing is blaming me, the patient for not getting well if they can't find a diagnosis. Any idea of affordable quality healthcare anywhere else? I have invested alot of money in HCHD and they waste time and money by not making diagnosis.

Provided by YP.comIts complicated. However, there have been some improvements. They seem to try hard. They also have a relatively pleasant atmosphere. The non medical personnel are ok some better than others. The nurses are very good. Some of the Doctors, however, seem lacking in certain areas.
