I purchased carpet from this store but I absolutely regret it. It was not cheap and they did a lousy job. 9 months after they installed my carpet I had a problem and I called and they put me off for 3-4 months. I finally called and said if they did not talk to me I would turn them into the bbb. Surprisingly they called me back and sent someone to so call fix the problem but there are other problems now and my carpet is very loose all over the room. They do not hire people that are concerned about the work that they do. My carpet is just now 2 years old and it looks like it has been down for 10 years or more. I would stay as far away from this company as possible unless you like alot of stress and an awful product. THEY ARE NOT ANY CHEAPER THAN OTHER PLACES SO I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY.
