If I lived near another dealership, I would not bring my car to Ron Craft. I bring it in with problems and I leave with problems. Just because my car does not make the noise it makes every day for your 'rattle man' does not mean my car is okay. And who just puts a broken jack back in the car for me to drive off with? So then I had to come back and request a new one.. Not to mention you broke a piece off the back of my car when I took it to you. I am so done with Chevrolet. When I can trade it in, I'm going back to Ford.

Have had a great experience from first walking in the door through purchasing a 2015 Suburban. Jon was an excellent salesman. The vehicle needed a minor repair and the service department did an awesome as well, they were attentive, friendly and keep me informed along the way.

Amazing!

It was so easy to come in and get a car, I had a 250 down payment and bad credit. I still can't believe I walked out of there with a brand new car. Andrew was amazing, ask for him!
