We asked for help and there is only two people working on a Thursday !
They came on the phone and said assistance in some other section and we asked ! The thing we need is to high to reach. This is RIDICULOUS! ��������

Went to this store to get a chainsaw. The attendant did not think any were boxed up with all the documentation so he scounged around and found some pamphlets and told me to take these. He then put the chainsaw by the cashier and I looked back at a very long line. There was only one person checking out the customers. I complained about it and the store manager did not like that and threatened to "Put me Down". So since he threatened me I just put down the products and walked out of the place. Went there one other time in the past and it was the same deal only one cashier and a long line of customers waiting forever to checkout. So instead I went to Lowe's received great customer service they took great care of me and I got my chainsaw from them instead. Avoid this store at all costs.

It just never fails that this store never has what I am needing, and their excuse is that "it didn't come in on the truck, and they have no clue when it will."
