Hiribble place never will i go there again ... And people please be cerful ... Unprofessional.... They r not nice at all they dont have any idea on how to do bussiness they just wanna sell you a car to get money they dont care about your safety

They steal money from you so be very careful when you make payments. WORST people working there, the owner and workers are very unprofessional. They are so nice once they know you're gonna buy a car but after that they're very unprofessional. Never going back so beware!!!

I first bought a Chevy Venture and had an awesome experience with that traded for a Ford Windstar and just now traded that for an Huindai Suv. I will trade that in a year or so for another one. Can't complain if you are cheap don't buy cheap it wont last. Take your pennies somewhere else. I will be back and see what my luck will be next time. Russ and Tony are the men. There's a white Hummer I'm keeping my eye on!

I gave Lewis Auto a call to inquire about their cars. The female who answered the phone was rushed and obviously doesn't have customer service experience. I am a customer service professional so I know how to treat people especially being the first point of contact. She put me on hold without asking me first. She transferred me to someone who did not announce themselves. I later asked and his name is Russ. Russ was friendly until he found out that I do not have the best credit he was very rude afterwards. He then lost interest in continuing the conversation. He hung up without even saying goodbye. I was referred here by a friend and I will be calling her about my experience and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
